Open-plan living area, with two single-sized sofa/day beds, CD player and satellite TV with DVD player. Open-plan dining area with glass-topped table seating up to 6 people. Open-plan kitchen with marble worktop, gas cooker & hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing-board. WC. Doors out to pool and terrace area - views over Kalkan village and harbour. Spiral staircase to the first floor.

Two double bedrooms, each with terrace style balcony and stunning views. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and ample wardrobe/storage space. A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom.  This bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and there is a second bath/shower room close to the second bedroom. It is possible to have an extra bed in either or both bedrooms (suitable for children) if required.

Kalkan is approximately 1.5 hours drive from Dalaman Airport. Transfers can be arranged at a cost of £55 each way for a car (for up to three people), or £65 each way for a minibus (for four to six people). The villa can also be reached via Antalya Airport and the transfer time would be approximately 3 hours. Prices for Antalya transfers are available on request. However, if you'd prefer to hire your own car from Dalaman Airport and make your own way to the villa, we can arrange this for you. Please ask us for details.

The villa itself is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. A car would be useful for some of the time as it is an approximate 20-30 minute walk to the village centre. Having a car is not absolutely essential as an excellent taxi service operates from the village and you can call a taxi to the villa at any time, by using the pre-programmed telephone number in the mobile phone provided. In addition, there is a Dolmus service (local bus) that runs past the villa every hour into the village centre and back - this is a very cheap way of getting into town (about 40p each way)! The local supermarkets will also deliver your shopping to the villa free of charge.

Please note that towels for the poolside and the beach are not provided so you will need to bring these with you!

The villa is in an elevated position (hence the great views) and is accessed by a number of descending steps - this may present problems for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Also, access to the first floor of the villa is via a spiral staircase which again may not be suitable for very small children or the disabled.

"Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed Villa Dolluca.The facilities were fantastic and the views were breathtaking. Little touches like the CD player and the alarm clock were very much appreciated and the décor was very tasteful. Colin, his wife and the cleaners were very helpful without being intrusive and though we were there just for 7 days, we were made to feel at home.We really enjoyed the area but one week just was not enough and if you are renting out the villa again next year we would certainly consider returning.
