Please indicate that on behalf of your party, you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions of booking and cancellation policy as outlined on our website (https://www.villa-dolluca.co.uk/booking-terms-conditions/). You also confirm that you are responsible for arranging adequate travel insurance to cover all members of your party for all aspects of this holiday (including cover for cancellation, curtailment, evacuation, flight delays, flight cancellation / disruption, changes to government advice, loss and damage to baggage and other personal property as well as comprehensive health insurance including medical expenses and repatriation). We strongly advise you to check the terms of any existing travel insurance policy to ensure that it meets your needs, or take out a suitable travel insurance policy as soon as you've booked your holiday. We cannot be held liable if you fail to take out adequate insurance cover. You also confirm that you will be liable for any damage to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear) during your stay and that you accept that we (the property owner) or our local agent(s) cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. You agree that your data entered in the this form will be stored electronically, and will be processed and used for the purpose of making and facilitating your reservation.
